When Mikee Cojuangco was still small, her Dad would visit his horses as early as 5:00 a.m. every day. Aside from him, her cousins were also riding. So, when she was 8, and already wanted to ride, her parents allowed her to do so when she was already 10. She started competing in equestrian events wearing breeches right away, and been blessed to have won a number of awards. Of them all, She think the most memorable was the gold that she won with the entire Philippine team in the Asia-Pacific Equestrian Championships held in Australia back in 1995.” She injured her knee four years ago, and still go through therapy for it.
